Wolf Brandy Sherry Oloroso

The third edition of Wolf Brandy is over twelve months of aging in an oloroso sherry barrel! The Spanish wine, which was previously flooded in an oak barrel, gave off a lot of aromas of sweet red fruits. The taste – despite its rather high potency – is well balanced between sweetness and oak tannicity.
