Walnut Liqueur with Maple Syrup aged 15 months in barrel

We flooded the cognac barrel with our standard Walnut with Maple Syrup. The effect exceeded all expectations! The barrel perfectly smoothed out the character of the tart young walnut and the natural sweetness of the maple syrup. The liqueur is delicate and smooth, with additional fruity notes from the barrel. This is undoubtedly one of our most interesting creations!
