Lemon Bitter Liqueur

Bitter lemon liqueur is an exceptionally aromatic beverage. We combined both the freshly squeezed juice, the rubbed peel and the albedo. A small amount of Greek honey balances the bitterness perfectly, in our opinion. We recommend tasting with a little ice and a good tonic.
