Whisky Sour

  • 40 ml Whisky (any)
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 30 ml egg white
  • Angostura Bitter

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain the liquid through a fine strainer into a low glass filled with ice. Place a few drops of Angostura Bitter on the foam.

Rose Gin Fizz

  • 40 ml Rose Gin
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 30 ml egg white
  • 60 ml of sparkling water

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain the liquid through a fine strainer into a low glass filled with ice. Place a few drops of Angostura Bitter on the foam.

Dry Martini

  • 60 ml Wolf Gin
  • 15 ml white dry Vermouth
  • olive or lemon zest (optional)

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, strain the liquid through a fine strainer and serve in a well-chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, decorate with additional lemon zest or add olive oil.

Berry Smash

  • 40 ml Strawberry Vodka
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 3 strawberries, 4-5 raspberries, 4-5 blueberries
  • 80ml sparkling water

Place the fruit in a tall glass and crush it. Stir the Level Vodka, lemon juice and syrup vigorously in a shaker with ice, pour the liquid into the glass with the fruit. Add sparkling water, a few ice cubes and mix the ingredients.

Passion ’75

Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup vigorously with ice in a shaker. Separate the liquid from the ice, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and add Prosecco.

Old Fashioned

  • 50ml Whisky (any)
  • cube of sugar
  • Angostura Bitter
  • 10 ml of water

Place the sugar cube in a glass, sprinkle with a few drops of Angostura and add water. Grind until most of the sugar is dissolved, add whiskey, a few ice cubes and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice or peel

Between the Sheets

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel.

Collins

  • 40 ml Gin (any)
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 80 ml of sparkling water

Mix gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker with ice. Pour the liquid into a tall glass with ice and lime chunks. Add sparkling water.

Citrus Lemonade

  • 50 ml Citrus Mix Gin
  • 25 ml of sugar syrup
  • 15 ml of lemon juice
  • 30 ml of grapefruit juice
  • 60 ml of sparkling water

Mix the ingredients (all except the sparkling water) in a shaker with ice. Pour the liquid into a large glass with ice and citrus pieces. Add sparkling water.

Manhattan

  • 70 ml Whisky
  • 30ml sweet red Vermouth
  • Angostura Bitter (4-5 drops)

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a cocktail cherry.

Vesper

Mix all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a rolled lemon peel.

Vodka Sour

White Lady

  • 40 ml of gin (any London Dry)
  • 20 ml Orange vodka
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 10 ml of sugar syrup

Mix all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

Margarita

Mix all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
